The Google reviews are false. Avoid this business at all cost. You're probably given a list of auto repair places from your insurance and this place happens to be one you might pick. Think again and save yourself the headache of dealing with an incompetent business with terrible results and non-existent customer service. I waited over 2 months for repair. Initial estimate was done poorly and required to order further parts which took 2-3 weeks longer. The worst part of this experience? There was no phone calls for updates. I had to chase down the business for updates and deal with rude responses. On to the results. Ok...customer service and delays, I can handle that. The most important part, was the repair done correctly? These guys are very bad at their jobs. My trunk is making noise every time it opens and now the trunk trim is falling apart. Long delays, bad customer service, terrible repair quality. Those are all things you will have to deal with here. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of better places listed on your insurance provide auto places. I am providing an honest review of my experience to save you the headaches. These guys reminds me of a bunch of amateurs working at a high school auto shop. No business skills and terrible at their jobs.

Accidents happen, and when they do, Ohana Collisions Centers repair them. I worked with Brad directly, who responded fast and swiftly. He gave me an estimate when texting and when he got the chance, he sent a quote with the list of repairs and costs. They are not cheap, but they will work with you on the price as long as it’s reasonable. He said seven business days is the turnaround but let me know it might only take four, and he delivered!Service: Auto body & trim repair

ETHICAL, GREAT CHARACTER, EXCELLENT SERVICE!! So glad I gave these guys a chance. They are under NEW MANAGEMENT and SUPER SERVICE! All the guys here are friendly and put 110 percent into their work. I found them on yelp and wasn't too sure because of some negative reviews, but I received a quick response to my yelp inquiry and thought I would give them a shot. SO GLAD I did! I originally was coming in to have them just take a look at my issue, and was asked if I could come in the next morning, so really no set appointment. It was raining when I arrived so I just drove into their garage and looked around for someone I bypassed the office since I drove into the garage and was immediately greeted by a friendly and helpful worker. The owner and another man immediately started looking at my truck to assist me the driver door would not open and they had to remove the inside seat, pull out door panel, see what was wrong and clean it/fix it, they did not hesitate and jumped right in to help each other and fixed my door, the panel was hard to remove since they had to do it from inside the truck as the door wouldn't open. They spent maybe an hour and a half working on it. AND HE DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME! I am so impressed, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business, NEW MANAGEMENT AND TEAM - AMAZING! The new manager, Brad, is friendly and quick to address any and all concerns. He is determined to go above and beyond to provide excellent service to all of his customers! I Had a hard time trying to get someone to work with my Arizona insurance in Hawaii. Fortunately, Ohana representatives were fast, effective, and provide me with great customer service. On top of that I was able to get my car back on time before going on vacation. I was extremely impressed. Their shop might look small but they do wonders. Highly recommend!!!

They were very friendly and accomodating. They originally told me the car would be ready on Monday, but finished 3 days early on Friday, which saved me some money on my rental car. They even managed to buff out some bird poop stains that were already on the car when I got it. On a separate part of the car and unrelated to the insurance claim. Would definitely recommend this shop to others
