The workers are efficient and fast, however their multitasking lacks in customer service, too focused on job and forget personal skills. Overall they do a good job to get you in and out fast.

I can’t understand why there open only 2 windows from 5!! I waited 2 hours and 17 minutes for getting plate number, very very slow and many people outside in the line and in cars still waiting long time.. never come back to this place.

Friendly staff and worked efficiently. Their COVID safety measures were taken seriously and the environment felt very safe. Recommend visiting early as the place was very quiet.

The employees are super friendly, but the wait is tremendously long all the time. This is considered a "short" line. Some people in line told me that they've waited in line for 3 hrs before.

The employees worked fast and hard while I was there today. If you check in online, and have all the proper documents- you can make this extremely easy for yourself and the employees.

Quick service, but sign inside that says "don't want to wait in line? Sign in here" actually means sign in even if you are waiting inside in line. This is confusing; everyone needs to sign in!

I wanted to give zero star. Worst place and staff. Very mean people.

Excellent and polite staff and I didn't have to wait.
