I really like this fitness center! It's much more friendly for people over 40 than the Y. There are a variety of classes as well as equipment. It's clean and well-run by staff. I love the yoga classes by Kristi Boyce. Their 25-class passes are very affordable for those on a budget.

Nice gym. Mostly an older crowd. You don't have a bunch of lunks throwing weights around making you feel inferior. Staff is friendly too.
