Quite and friendly neighbored. Wonderful walking trail around pond. Pleasant place to live.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living in the Old Donation Apts.  I will be glad when we can resume Bingo and the other activities.  I enjoyed my patio during the warm weather.

Old Donation Apartments is a great place to live! The office staff, grounds keeper and maintenance crew are approachable, professional and take pride in their work and it shows!. We will be signing our 3rd lease without hesitation!  Thank you for making us feel right at “home”!

I have made so many new friends here at Old Donation Apartments.  Also, the maintenance staff is always courteous and quick to make repairs.
