Waypoint at Bayville

I have sent 2 emails and given $150 for my application two weeks ago and heard nothing back as to my status. Found a place that got me my Apartment in a day. Far as I can tell, they're happy to take your money and records and give nothing back.

I ve lived there for 2 years. There is really nothing bad I wanna say about it. Large apartments. Moving in, office workers, maintenance, moving out. Everything felt smooth and easy. Will recommend it to anyone who wants a very quite place without jet noise and a large kitchen

Just moved in 2 months ago and have been very pleased with Bayville! The apartments have a ton of closets/storage space and good size bedrooms. The grounds are well maintained and there is plenty of parking. Very dog-friendly – the dog park is great!! The office staff are approachable and receptive to questions and concerns.

I have been living in Bayville for over 2 years. I love the staff at Bayville and whenever I have a problem they are quick to respond. The area is always well kept and my neighbors are super friendly. And the Bayville staff is always trying to do community events which is amazing.
