Lincoln Military Housing - Little Creek

The staff at the Little Creek office are amazing. They always answer any questions you have and help with any problems you need. As far as the houses go I have no issues they are in great shape and well taken care of!

Lincoln has been awesome to work with. Their staff goes above and beyond. We LOVE our new house!

Quick move in. Friendly maintenance, quiet area. Kids actually play outside here, which is quite rare. We are looking forward to see our neighbors for Halloween and Christmas!

the community and staff are nice. i have had issues with maintenance that seems to be lacking, or losing my request. this area is great for families and for dogs.

I live in a community of houses on little creek and Iam very happy with my neighborhood. They keep my area clean and houses are nice and kept up. There are a lot of kids so it’s easy for my children to be social outside and I feel safe with them being out.

Maintenance is inconsistent and does not always complete satisfactory work. Housing areas seem a little neglected in regards to construction and care. Upon reading responses to tenants I noticed a broad, repetitive answer of apology. This shows that there is no real concern and the replies are not genuine.

I’ve been living here for 2 years now and I haven’t had any issues. I haven’t experienced any crime in the area. Maintenance is always timely and professional. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept plus there is roving security.

We lived here for five years and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the housing office. The run a clean business and I truly enjoyed living here. I highly recommend them if you’re considering living in housing.
