Lived here for 3 years and you get a lot for your money. The neighborhood is nice and safe and if anything odd happens, management takes it quite seriously. The property is well cared for and maintenance is great at handling repairs. Apartments are nice and quiet as well. Overall a quality and affordable place to live.

I lived at Waterford apartments for 2.5 years and had a great time calling it my home. The staff there were always super helpful. My favorite aspect to their apartments is the large kitchen with a great granite countertop. Can’t say enough great things!
This has been the best apartment that I've ever lived in, and I've been renting for over 20 years. Outstanding staff. Affordable rates. Beautiful, up-kept grounds. Safe neighborhood. Couldn't have asked for better. Thanks guys!
