They had a lot of clothes that I had never seen there, before, but it was very cool.

I went this Sunday. I was annoyed with service, the shopping cart, and management. The shopping carts wheels locking.I tried more than 2 carts. I talked to the cashier about it she shrugged her shoulders like whatever. Then I saw the General Manager hiding behind a rack peeking at me as I shop. I know who she is because I worked for old navy in Fairfield she was my manage way back in the day. I spent over $100. I should’ve said no I don’t want it.

Love love love this place!! I mean; most of the amazing stuff I have from Old Navy, I got them online. However, that says nothing. Quality garments at affordable, but not dirt cheap, prices. The clothes sit so comfortably on me, especially their winter clothes. All beautiful stuff. No need to worry about what you're buying here. Close your eyes, and just click....or pick if you're in-store.

Very satisfied with the customer assistance I received today. I found a young man walking around named Zyere, he helped me find a flannel shirt I was looking for, he also checked me out at the register. He was very patient with me throughout searching for merchandise as well as the transaction. He was very friendly and respectful. He put forth the extra effort to make my experience good. I appreciate it, will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Jada is the exemplary leader of customer service! I am a family of 6 and she never ceases to amaze me! She is so patient and kind and will call any store for me to make sure my family is matching and coordinated! Thank you so much! Your the reason I return religiously!

I am a large fan of Old Navy, and they have a expansive men's collection. Unfortunately the majority of it is available online only, their men's section within their store at this location in the Trumbull shopping park is very small.

Messy store, on the small side compared to other mall based Old Navys. Displays were not neat or appealing. I love this company, but not this location. I would not come here looking for inspiration for something new. Limited kids section, limited accessories.

Melissa was a tremendous help with finding the size I needed for my nephew. She was able to order it for me and have it shipped to my home. Jo-el was very efficient at the register and all were keeping busy on the salesfloor. Awesome team at this location.
