Tried to return some things today and reorder some others in a different length. Was basically called a liar - even though I have the receipt right in my phone. She didn’t even look at it. The number in the bag didn’t match my receipt, not my issue. I had my receipt. I was told she couldn’t order a different length, which I know they can because I have done it several times. Not happy. They finally used the order number on my receipt. No apology was given. Maybe try listening.
Just what I would expect from Old Navy. Some items are priced very well, other items are overpriced in my opinion. I like to go there for my base layer clothing for the winter.
Sales associate had me try to sign up for a credit card under the guise of a rewards program and at no point informed me that I was applying for a credit line.
3 registers open all next to each other. 8 customers crowded together. No social distancing
I love Old Navy but this location is always hit or miss on service. For every good interaction with an employee there's at least one that's meh. For example, my fitting room attendant and one of the floor sales workers were great but the greeter was scowling/playing with her friend and the cashier only wanted to converse if I was going to sign up for a card, otherwise she was too busy talking to her colleague about who was the manager's favorite and when they got off work.
One star simply because the staff was incredibly rude. The cashier didn’t ring up my discounts correctly. He was incredibly rude the entire transaction. He threw my stuff into a bag rather than just setting or placing my items like normal. He had me do 2 separate transactions which was fine but when i asked to see my 1st receipt he dumped the entire bag into the table and when the receipt was at the top. Then when i asked for a gift recipe he again asked fit my coupon which i obviously had in Hand but ignored the fact i asked for a gift receipt?? Someone else came over to help but wasn’t able to. I asked him to take over the transaction and when he put my stuff into the bag he proceeded to drop my bag full of stuff and they both laughed as i walked out. Like seriously??? I’ve worked retail too dude grow up. Cashier number:3289070 will be the reason i no longer shop here.
My sister did not have the option to put me as the person picking up her order. They made me wait until she was off of work and could send me the confirmation email so that I could pick it up. This wouldn't of been such a big deal if I didn't live an hour away. We have the same last name and it hasn't been a problem before, especially at the Polaris location. I will not be shopping at this location anymore. The Polaris one is way better.
I love their clothes. Their checkout lines can get super long if you go during a sale, but they usually go fast. Everything is usually on sale, and it's at a reasonable price. 8$ for a nice t-shirt is a good amount. I will continue shopping here and Old Navy will continue to be one of my favorite brands out there.
Always bought my basics her and I always found something. I like the cut and setup of this Old Navy store. The store is clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful. And the pricing is fair. You pay for what you get. I still have things from 5 years ago.
The bathroom was disgusting with dirty toilet paper all over the floors, and the roll of toilet paper was sitting on the railing instead of in a dispenser. The toilets were also filthy. I didn’t feel very safe taking my two year old in there at all. It’s definitely due for a remodel. There was also a ridiculous amount of clutter, clothes and shoes falling off of racks, and empty hangers all over the aisles making it very difficult to push a shopping cart through the store. The checkout line was also a mile long. My only positive note is that the cashier was friendly and checked us out quickly. I really hope they take care of all of these issues as I am a huge fan of this clothing line. Sadly, next time I’d rather shop online.
