The store is never organized with clothes all over the floor. There is a lack of employees and a lack of customer service as very few employees even talk to you or ask if you need help.

I have really been loving this store lately. I've made several online purchases over the last two months. They have been having percentages off sales every time I go on the site. I am all set for my upcoming vacation.

It has good discounts on clothing and even better discounts if you have Gap/Old Navy credit card as they give coupons. Sometimes I had to pay little amount after using these coupons. Has good collection of clothes.

Good prices and the quality of the clothes is good .. very busy so prepare to wait in line
