Old Pine has been a great support to all ages of Philly residents in our community, especially during COVID! I've donated supplies and money and have been impressed by how they're able to get the most out of their donations. They provide meals and necessities to anyone struggling and offer afterschool activities for youth. Their intrepid volunteers keep the facility and grounds looking fresh. They just gave the outdoor benches a rainbow coat of paint. Volunteers are welcome to come help out. Thanks for all you do!
The OPCC has something for everyone. Great venue for parties, weddings or meetings. Sports teams keep the gym humming every day. Afterschool program and summer camp for kids. 12 step groups meet almost every day of the week. Saturdays find 50-60 older adults enjoying social interaction and a free hot noon time meal. The Adult education program helps adults obtain their G.E.D. or improve their language skills. Folks in need find an emergency food and clothing cupboard and meals are prepared twice a week for the homeless in the community.
Excellent customer service. Very friendly people Clean place
Very little heat. They resorted to using space heaters which were not up to the task. Parking is a premium in this area.
Went for the gluten free event and had a great time! Hope they do more events like that in the future!
My family totally have a ball at this place . We had a 70s Thanksgiving party. And we will be booking this place for future events.
They really appreciate their volunteers and do alot to help the community. I can't wait to get back there to volunteer.
I love this place. We volunteer here on Sunday and it's just a great place for all to get involved with the community.
Lunch for Seniors on Saturday.Non stop use of this place from aroma therapy seminar, modeling for nonmodeling people, daycare.Good place for an event.
