Old Time Pottery Cincinnati

Love the variety of items here, some stuff is hit or miss. I did get all the fake flowers formy wedding here. My bulldog loves lots of the dog treats they carry. Love browsing the home decor. The small kitchen appliance selection is really good. Lots of kitchen items. The glassware and dishes sections are really extensive. I have to give myself a budget here. Old Time Pottery and Ollie's are great for people on a budget especially if you can't get to a Big Lots (although OTP -at least this location- is like a super sized Big Lots)

I really like the products and I'm willing to watch for sales. But the customer service is extremely iffy. I was literally just scolded five minutes ago because I stood in line for the cashier to wait on me and since the cashier next to her didn't have anyone she proceeded to tell me to go to the other register. I am one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Although I do not appreciate someone telling me to leave the lane that I'm in and go to another one just because the particular employee is lazy. Last time I checked he or she is being paid to do his or her job. I do not believe the customer service is as good as it should be and I do not except the fact that The majority of places do not have good customer service and everyone just has to except that this is only the second review that I've ever done in a negative manner I do believe it's important to treat people as you would like to be treated very simplistic but it works

Cute stuff and always a sale somewhere. Check the paper, sales start on Thursdays so heads up!

Easy access. Lines get a bit long during busy season. Lots of home and garden things but except for floral things not a craft store.
