I ordered a product November. It arrived in February. The boxes were completely destroyed. The product was fine but they sent the wrong color. I had to repack and ship the product and they set up a new delivery for march 30. The delievery is now delayed and July 2 is the target date. they have had my money since November and I have no product. . If I do get the correct product in July, it will have been 8 months since my initial order! NEVER AGAIN!

Like so many others, only giving 1 star to be able to post this review. On a side note, Google would do well to read people's reviews to see just how many people have asked "Why no negative star option?!" Not getting a true review, Google, if people only have a positive star choice to choose from.
As Adam Topping says below, GR does not honor its 30 day price guarantee. Ordered Christmas clearance and 2 days later it went an additional 40% off. Bunch of double talk excuses on why they wouldn't honor the price guarantee.
Grandin Road, I will be returning these products based on principle alone. I'd rather pay the huge return fees everyone is talking about because it's still less than than the 40% savings you should have honored to keep a customer. Do you hear me? I'll pay to not do business with you. It's not the money. It's my pride, the principal, and my right in choosing not to do business with such a shady company. Have plenty of other choices now days. You however will lose much more money than me. These silly garlands will have been handled so many times from stocking to shipping to returning, stocking, shipping, you will make $0 money on them. Would have been better off honoring the price guarantee and keeping a customer.
Extremely short, narrow minded company only concerned with making as much money as possible TODAY off their customers. Way too many 1 star reviews for me to be politically correct in wishing your company well. I'm praying for a speedy demise so you can stop affecting so many people's lives with anger, hurt, and sadness as you have mine.
Never again.
PS: Thanx fellow reviewers for cluing me into why I too am receiving so many catalog solicitations in the mailbox. So GR violated my privacy in addition to being a poor company to order from and work with. Nice.

These people are not able to do the basic thing their business requires. They do not care to check their own codes and they select the item you ordered. They send wrong colors or different items from the one it has been ordered. I guess what happens is when they do not have it in stock ,they send whatever they find. Now, you have to pack big orders to send them back and exchange. Very bad service

Bait and switch! You burned me once but I will never buy from you again. Purchased Christmas Chair covers. When they arrived and I took them out of the package I couldn't believe how cheap they were made. A beginner in a sewing class could have made a better product. The material was so thin and cheap looking. It felt like material you buy in a flea market. I cannot believe you couldn't even get Christmas Red right. It had the dullest washer out red material I've ever seen. Pitiful! I would never display these dollhouse cartoonish chair covers on my formal dining chairs. Now I await your sending me unsolicited magazines like your customers are complaining about. Don't buy.This company is a bait and switch retailer. I only gave you one star so I could write the review. You deserve none!

A WOULD BE CUSTOMER , I HELD ON TO THIS MAGAZINE FOR MONTHS WITH THE INTENT OF BUYING A $149.00 DOGGIE COUCH, AFTER READING THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS, THANKS, BUT NO THANKS!
