Brown, tan, white,sweet, robust, crusty, soft and decadent can be found here. The bakers toil and labor to create the most delicious creations. If you are hosting a dinner, party or event then just call ahead and they will accommodate you wishes. I purchased my first frangipane, a French almond delight! Why have I not discovered this amazing place? It’s tucked away next to the Nassau bridge. Yes, they have carrot cake!

one of the best bakeries around. a true place to try. breads are superb and the pastries are wonderful at very fair prices. The Monday bake sale is a deal two for one. If in Lewes you need to try Old World.

Not only did we buy their delicious bread, but we also bought some of their pea soup and a HUGE pretzel. We were very pleased with everything! We are spreading the news to friends!

Absolutely unparalleled in today's alleged bakeries. Fresh, from scratch baked goods, not tear open a bag and mix it with water. Delicious. Friendly. The best!

Their pastries are delicious. Great coffee and the have a "frequent flyer" card for the breads and pastries. It's a great gem set out of the way from the highway.
