Olga Swanson, MD - Preferred Gynecology

I love Dr. Swanson, she is great. But communication with front desk is 80% of times is just underwhelming. They have no issue changing time of your appt, not giving you heads up and having an attitude when you ask how this could ve happened.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Swanson. She was so nice and genuinely cared about my wife. She had great bedside manner and even answered our calls outside of business hours with grace and care!! She is amazing!!!

They don't accept medicare insurance

Tried to charge me a co-pay for a service that was 100% covered under my insurance. Np was nice and helpful. Glad I asked what the charge was for before forming over $50.
