Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Waited far too long, I was seated and waited 10 min just to get left breadsticks, and have our drink order taken. The drinks took another 15 min to show up, then after placing our order the food came out 30 min later and was cold. Not to mention the server was rude. I will not return again.

They say that they cater weddings. But I drove an hour and a half to meet with a "catering specialist" like the website says. But turns out you can only book your wedding caterer 30 days prior to your wedding. Who would wait that long? So if you're having a last minute wedding I'd use olive garden. Also going in to talk to someone all they did was hand me the to go menu.

There was 13 of us on 5/2/18 the meal was wonderful and the waitress Krystal S was wonderful very friendly smiling very efficient. the food was really good I couldn't choose between 2 different meals she suggested I could substitute the angle hair with marinara sauce to the 5 cheese I want to give this waitress 1 out of 5 stars a five star rating.

The service was great, the wait for our food was far too long. Once it arrived it was burnt and luke warm. Couldn't eat it, just picked to be polite. The most horrible meal I have ever had in any restaurant.

The food was fine, but the service was not. My kids and I were ignored, silverware wasn’t given to us and I had to wait 10 minutes for our server to return. Other servers in the area also didn’t seem to care (wasn’t their table). Our food also came out much later then a table that arrived and ordered after us. Like I said we felt ignored. Will not go back. This was the 2nd time after another underwhelming visit a year ago. I use to love Olive Garden back in the late 90s early 2000s. They are not the same.
