After waiting at Paula Deen restaurant for over 2 hours, we had bad customer service before we even sat down. We decided to go to Olive Garden & arrived at 10:15pm. We had the BEST service as soon as we walked in. They accommodated 11 of us as quickly as possible. Jay was our Hostess & greeted us with a smile & also helped our server out!
Jesse was THE BEST SERVER WE EVER HAD!!! She went over & beyond for us! Her attitude & personality is what we love seeing in a person. To learn that it was only her first week out of training blew our minds! She's definitely a keeper! JESSE & JAY DID AN AWESOME JOB!! THANK YOU!

Food was quick and good. Server was awesome. We went on a Sunday after church times and thought we'd have a huge wait, no wait what so ever. Restaurant was clean, bathroom was well taken care of. We will go back next time we are in the area.

Our server was awesome. She took great care of us. We had 3 or 4 changes that's she adjusted to. Great job. We top her very well

This visit was in Pigeon Forge, TN. Love the family type atmosphere, service and food. At this visit I had the endless salad and minestrone soup. Always one of my favorites! Also love the hot and tasty bread sticks.

The service was eccellent we were acknowledged within 60 seconds of walking in the door. It wasn't busy when we got there so we didn't have a long wait for a table. The server was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was great, I would recommend this Olive Garden to everyone!
