Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Megan our waitress was a very good server as well as knowledgeable about the menu and had great recommendations on our meals

I ordered the build your own pasta. I got the spicy marinara. Now I love tasteful spicy foods but this marinara was nothing but jalepenos. I didnt enjoy it because how spicy it was. I ended up just eating the grilled chicken. I should have reordered but seemed like the waitress was already having a bad day!

Wonderful food, service was ok I think he was new though so it's ok. The never ending pasta is great

My service was excellent. Extra cheese added as I like it. I was there with some very demanding and picky female co-workers, but the server did well under pressure. I even had extra chocolate syrup on my to go dessert which topped off the experience and caused me to tip such as I did. Food was great and even beyond my expectations. Highly recommend this place for good food and good service.

I sat at the bar area today for a good 20 minutes and nobody acknowledged my presence. I wanted to place a takeout order and no one ever asked me if they could help me. I even called for a server on the screens they have at the bar now and it was flashing red for 15 minutes- still no response. I finally just placed my order online. I should have left and not even given them my business, but I had already told my husband that's what we were having for dinner. Not sure what the problem was but it wasn't the best experience I have ever had there.

Food was excellent, server was wonderful but the host forgot our silverware, sat us in a high traffic area slow time, could've been anywhere else and our food took way too long. We were there for roughly an hour and a half, and a third of our order didn't get made until we were boxing our food up to leave. Probably just a bad night, but again excellent food, wonderful server, and under $60 so a pretty good visit all in all.

Came in for lunch today and my visit started out bumpy being that the host was a tad bit rude as if she didn’t wanna be there . But after being seated our judgment made a big turn. Our server Amy was absolutely outstanding from start to finish and the food was delicious. She kept the same amazing energy and great service throughout our entire visit . Great job ! We’ll definitely be back.

Well first we were seated fast no wait at that time of day.. Yeah!! Then we were a little just a little on the slow side with our waiter. But omg the service was awesome food great and hot was just great our waiter was amazing amazing and nice very nice very nice and that makes you want to tip really good and he was such a wonderful joy to talk to just nice. Thank you Olive Garden.

The service was wonderful. The food was very good. Our waitress gets 5 stars for her service. Brandi was our server and we will return to eat at this olive garden 1123...7701 crestwood blvd, Birmingham Alabama 35201. She made our visit a wonderful experience. When we return...we will ask to be seated in Brandi's section even if we have to wait. Its not all about the food but about how one is treated. And we were treated very well.

Once we were seated it took awhile before our server came to let us know she would be right with us. A young man came over and took our drink orders. After a few minutes he returned and said he gave our waitress the drink order and because he was underage he couldn't fill the order. Finally our waitress returned got our orders and returned with the salad but we had no utensils to eat with. The meal came and was delicious and hot, but we never got the breadsticks until we were finished with our meal.
