Good place and fantastic Technicians

To say my experience at On Site has been horrific its an understatement. They spend days if not weeks on a truck and when you finally receive the truck it's not completely fixed. Feels like a bunch of backyard Mechanics with below standard leadership. Come to find out they have a horrible reputation in the north jersey area. Smh

Just went in for an emergency wiper blade fix they were very busy one of the techs went over to my trk fixed it immediately no charge. This is what makes America great.
