Awesome service. Tesla emergency assist called Nick’s when I was stranded with my family at night with a flat on the NJ-PA border. Dispatcher Tommy V mobilized Mechanic Jeff to bring a new mounted tire from 60 miles away! Tommy called us intermittently as we were in the middle of nowhere to inform us of Jeff’s ETA. Jeff was totally aware of the Tesla nuances and we were back on the road within about 20 minutes of his arrival. These guys seem to be real pro’s. Bravo Nick’s. Bravo Tesla for engaging them.

Nick’s came and towed us during the flash flooding today. Very nice driver Tim, and Marion in the dispatch office was awesome. She was very helpful and gave me all the info I needed to take care of everything.

My husband was not around when i broke down on the side of the road. When i called him in tears i did not know what to do or who to reach out to. He got on the phone with Nick's Towing in Rutherford and got a driver out to help me. The gentleman came really fast and insisted to sit in his truck as he loads my car up. Was very thoughtful and pleasant.

I sold a Snap On 84" Toolbox and needed it moved from North Jersey to Yonkers, NY. I called Nick's first as I had previous dealings with them as an owner operator in the trucking industry. I knew a Rollback / Flatbed was the way to go. I called and spoke to John and we discussed the proper way to handle an expensive toolbox. It was obvious Nick's was well prepared and does this the right way. **Tim P. came with a rollback and made easy work of it. The box was pulled up with a sling around the front casters, and Tim took the time to wrap a rag around each caster to protect it from D rings on each corner tie down. Blankets and straps over the top were also used to secure the blankets as well as tie the box down securely for the ride across the GWB. I have also used them several times to tow my 30' 25,000 lb delivery trucks and always had a 5 star experience.

Nick's is the place to go. Broke down in a tractor trailer at Little Ferry NJ. about 5 in the afternoon. The company I work for contacted Nick's Towing Service and said they would be there in 1 hour. The service tech arrived in 45 minutes. He checked the tractor and said a brake cam flipped over, needed a complete brake job. He made arrangements for the next day to be towed to the shop. Tow driver called next day and said would be there at 7 am. Got towed to their shop and tractor went right in. It ended up the brakes on the front drive needed replaced also. Complete brakes and wheel drum replaced on 1 side of tractor and was on the road again by 1 pm. The service and professionalism was top of the chart. If you breakdown in NJ this is the place to contact.
