I called at 5:38pm for a tow not only did they never show, but when I called at 8pm to see what happened they said they were shut down. Asked why didn't no one call me it's very hot outside and you left my husband waiting for you for 2 1/2 hours. Need to say it's now 9 pm and we still waiting on a tow from another company

Charged driver $750 to replace batteries , never replaced them . Driver got stranded on the road  5 hours later . Now at TA truck stop replacing batteries .called to have some explanation - nothing but BS

I just called and asked the guy how much can it be to transport a car to Paterson...He said "it's not in my area" and HUNG UP!!!!!!!! very RUDE!!!
