WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Very unprofessional and disgusting behavior. The owner is usually the one you deal with when it comes to releasing the car and she does not know how to speak respectfully. She is rude and I waited 2 hours in the cold outside the gate because she was getting her lunch which was alright but she approached me like I was the one who ruined her plans or kept her waiting. After I paid for the release and needed to wait for AAA to come pick up my car, she told me that I had to wait outside the gate. I told her I’m not leaving my car after I paid so I waited in her trailer “office” and she was not happy. She did not speak to me like I was human and that was my worst customer service experience. Since all I can do is edit this review; in response to the comment below: I WAS TOLD TO WAIT OUTSIDE THE GATE WAITING IN THE OFFICE. So the rude and bitter woman that was there should brush up on the policies and basic manners. And I was waiting way before that, the Nissan was not there during my full wait, recheck your cameras.

We used them for a road call , after calling another company that wanted 500 for a jump start. We call logan. They were quick and nice to deal with. Best 135.00 I've spent with with a tow company.

i called them to see if they could tow my car in the early morning and they said “no”. but they’re 24 hours. terrible service.

I would stay far away from this company. Sleazy dishonest business with fees and charges that make absolutely no sense . Anyone with the time and motivation can probably sue this disgusting company and win.
