Worst company ever!!! If you have a choice stay far away from these crooks. Take everything out of your car because these crooks will literally steal pennies if you leave them in your car. Filed a police report against these low life crooks. Be warned.

Follow up: Joke of a response from B and L trying to shift the blame to another company. Just look at their response to see how the owner is not willing to own up to their own problems. So this was definitely B and L, I was there in person and they tried blaming everyone else for their own problems. Maybe pay your employees more so that they don't have to resort to stealing change and personal items. Maybe fix your own attitude. Your costumer service was terrible and your business is terrible! Stay far far away from this company.

I was arrested for a joint roach and my truck was impounded on a Sunday. They were closed and I couldn't get my truck back until Monday . The office people weren't bad as I have read in other reviews and the $120 I was charged was more than fair.  But items stolen.

Scummy owner!! Don't trust them with anything! Robbers thief's they will steal anything they can. Most untrustworthy company. Bad!!

After my car had issues on the nj turnpike, I called B&L. They were very responsive and showed up immediately. Their team was professional and helpful - and really worked with me on a great price. What could have been a nightmare was manageable because of B&L. Thank you, B&L!

Broke down on the NJ turnpike a few weeks ago. Justin came out with a flatbed and towed me right back to the shop. Great guy who took care of everything. Would absolutely use again
