All Car Towing and Recovery

wow stay away!!! called for roadside assistance as I have njmf they sent this company out was told they will be there my house at 6:00 am.. Well its 7am no truck I called business guy answers I woke him up asked about my service call says" lady he has been trying to get in touch with you since 5:45 am. Really how? I call njmf to ask status as I am leaving for work its now 7:15 am driver says he is with you and your truck? Really flat out lied so never came horrible customer service !! Glad I wasn't stuck some where do not use this place.. Another company came out to my house to do there job!! insane

It's bad enough to have a horrible accident on the GS Parkway and sustain injuries that require a trip to the hospital, but to have someone steal your valuables while you're laying in a hospital bed, well, there oughta' be a law! A law is needed that requires the towing companies to have background checks on employees in order to safeguard cars and personal possessions of the vulnerable people who need their services. Anyway, the basics of the event that sparked my complaint: rainy night, bad accident, girlfriend and boyfriend injured, ambulance & hospital - injuries were not severe Thank God!! The next day parents went to All Car Towing to ensure the car was there and were assured over the phone that all belongings were safely locked in the car. Upon arrival, parents signed appropriate consent to check the car which was not in the fenced yard and wasn't locked. Specifically, they wanted to look for daughter's Apple Air computer and wallet. Neither were found and since they weren't positive what was actually in the car at the time of the accident, they retrieved assorted clothes, misc. items, etc. (The wallet was later found among the retrieved belongings.) The daughter insisted that the computer was in the car and a thorough search was made. Apple products have tracking software that was checked right away but didn't work because the computer wasn't turned on. They just about gave up any hope of finding it when one last try at tracking its location was successful! Parents and couple went to the police but were told they'd look into it and that many previous complaints were associated with the tow company. Not willing to wait, they went to the house where locator pinpointed, Apple and police advise NOT to risk this, so we were nervous. The woman and man who answered the door initially denied all knowledge but when pressed, the guy said he works for All Car Towing and he has the computer because he is the "holder of valuables" for them. When he was told the police were coming, he said he would get the computer and disappeared into his dark backyard. He returned with the computer and was wearing the tow company's T-Shirt to prove he worked there..!!! We left with the computer and reported again to the police. They said most similar complaints don't have a happy outcome as we did and strongly advised us to file a formal complaint, etc. We also went to the office of All Car Towing and met with the manager who said they had no knowledge of any thefts and would fire the employee immediately... The accident couple are pursuing the complaint and are looking into further actions because they feel strongly that no one who is vulnerable after a breakdown or accident should be robbed by anyone, least of all a State approved and contracted towing company employee!

I've dealt with Scott he is very professional and knowledgeable. Recovery, and safety are their top priority. "all car towing and recovery" prides themselves on the service and work they provide for the general public. Would use them again and I highly recommend them for a safe and reliable tow with great prices..

I would like to take a moment and say how kind and caring some of your staff are. My car was immobile last night due to a piece of metal in the road. I pulled over and had called AAA to tow my car at 11pm. Around 12:15 two of your men pulled over and asked if i was ok and if i needed help. I explained that i was waiting for AAA (which was said to arrive at 12:48pm) and so the workers left. However at 1:15 I was still waiting for AAA that now told me they wouldnt be there to tow me until 1:56am. The same workers from your company (not affiliated with AAA) drove by again and saw I was still waiting. They stopped and decided to help me the best they could to get my car in motion again, even though they did not have to, so I could make it home safe last night. I could not thank them enough for taking time out of their night to assist me and make sure I would make it home safe. They should definitely be rewarded and given props to being such kind, helpful, and nice people. For them I will forever be grateful. I can not thank them enough. -a very thankful person
