Mike's Towing & Recovery - Bridgewater

We got a scary blowout on the Rt 287N ramp to 22 West on Sunday night We got the car to the Acura Dealership. We called Mike's Towing. We were greeted very nicely on the phone and were given the cost and an expected wait of 15 minutes. We accepted. The driver, Edward, came out in 15 minutes! He was professional and changed our tire within 20 minutes. Edward followed us back to the highway to make sure we were good. Thank u, Edward.

I was on my way to date to the bowling alley in Green Brook, NJ when my ball joint got seriously f**ked leaving my car undrivable. They quoted me a very fair $125 for a tow to Manville, and not only was the gentleman who helped me professional, he was a very nice guy as well. I was cautious in calling this company despite the reviews, but maybe things have changed for the better for this company. 5 Stars.

Mike's towing is a scam artist. He charged my credit card WITHOUT my permission. I gave it to him to hold, if my insurance didn't pay. Then got a payment from my insurance company and WILL NOT give me the money back that he charged my credit card. BAD COMPANY to DO BUSINESS WITH.

So my car was sitting at the mall for a week. I came to the mall in a rental to see that my car was towed away. I called mall security to see when it was towed and the said 5 mins ago. I then called the number posted on here for them to tell me that I have to wait for Monday to get my car back as it is posted on here that it is open 24 hours. I am furious

Charged me $300 to get my car out. I was in an accident 6 miles down the road. I google mapped it. They are associated with the police department so they were called. I would of had them leave it at my job if I knew they were going to charge me an extra $70 to have it picked up the next day. I was told by the driver that I could get my belongings out since I had my school supplies in my car. They wouldn't let me take anything out without paying them the full amount including the next day fee. I wouldn't willingly use them going forward.
