I have nothing uncomplimentary to say about the employees who take care of towing. By the first review, I'm sure they do a good job. But the woman in charge doesn't even deserve  one star. She shows no empathy for people in dire straits which is quite confusing being that the towing business is about helping people. My son's car broke down in front of her business and assuming that it would be okay, pulled the car off the road onto her driveway. Instead of being a Samaritan and simply recommending a local garage to help him, (he was 3 hours away from home), she rudely told him to get off her property and how dare he think he can pull his tire off on her property. What unkind, unacceptable so called professional behavior for a business woman. If she is the representation for the company, then absolutely, no way would I ever recommend it.
