Powder Mill Towing

Needed a 2 mile tow after 9 p.m. I called AAA and they use Powder Mill. After waiting 2 hours I finally called the dispatcher directly to learn why it was taking so long. Dispatcher Tony was honest with me about what was tying up their drivers, but made sure someone came. George showed up after driving from many miles away, with a positive attitude and lots of energy. It was after midnight at this point but George was quick and attentive and we ended the night on a high note. It would be 5 stars if the wait was shorter.

These guys were great! Friday night, needed a flatbed to go less than a mile, quoted a reasonable price and told 15 min. Nice driver showed up on time. As it turns out my car started up again. I asked driver to follow me the 1/2 mile I needed to go “just in case”. Owner waived the towing charge. VERY CLASSY! I hope not to need to, but will use them and refer friends to if needed. Thank you!

Had a wonderful experience during a bad time with this company, I’ve used multiple towing companies over the years and never have I received such a quick response time and the driver was not only very professional but also extremely polite and really put me at ease! They towed my car to their in house service center had my car fixed by the following day and they were more than fair with what they charged me! I would recommend Powder Mill towing to anyone it was such a pleasure dealing with them and they made a stressful situation feel like I had nothing to worry about. Thanks again Powder Mill Towing you guys are great and I wouldn’t even think to ever call another towing company again you guys were beyond fair and your prices were even better. Keep up the great work you guys are #1 in my book and I’ll recommend you to anyone!!!
