Majestic Towing

I needed help transporting my toolbox to another dealership in Edison. Dealing with Majestic Towing over the phone and then in person was extremely professional and polite. Overall everything went smooth. I will use their services again in the future.

scratched my bumper getting the car on the tow truck.. Driver also stopped at a random quikchek to pickup a random person while we were on out way to the towing destination. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Took longer than time promised. Driver damaged my front bumper getting the vehicle on the tow truck. Also stopped at a random quikchek to pickup a random person while we were in transit to the towing destination. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Same as previous comments. Phone person treated me as if he was annoyed and I was bothering him, very nasty. If I’m not mistaking, I thought I was the customer...don’t we keep them in business?! I’m confused. I hope my Road side assistance carrier never uses them again! EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could leave a negative...because they don’t even deserve 1 star..jeeeeeez

Got them via better world club road side assistance. They gave an estimate of 1 hour and 45 minutes. Then they never showed up. When the police made me call them back they were rude to me and told me to call the police. The officer informed them that the was taking to the police, and he was still rude. They do not honor auto club contacts and will delay them indefinitely.
