Main Towing

Prices were decent, but what was impressive was the customer service received by Roberto who was towing our truck and was pleasant to talk to during our ride after we were having a bad time with our truck being broken down. Also, the lady(s) who answered the phone were helpful and also pleasant to talk to.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Highway robbery. 800 in tow fees , storage fees plus 4 percent credit fee which I'm pretty sure is against MasterCard rules. scammers

They literally will steal your car off the street and hold it for ransom under the illusion they are doing their job. Came out. Found my car gone. Called cops. Asked if they took it. They said no. Reported it stolen. Hours later I found out that these guys took it. They claim they took it because it was a police tow. And yet North Bergen PD said they had nothing to do with it. So hours later and hundreds of dollars later I got my car back. It never drove right again. While towing it the messed up the linkage in the transmission. Of course they take no responsibility for any of it. The woman in the office is straight up nasty. In the end since they do all the police towing they think they are above the law. Typical Hudson County corruption.

Overpriced for the area. A quote for a 2 mile tow was $125. A AAA premium membership is $123 which covers 4 tows a year up to 100 miles, 1 being 200 miles. I called AAA and began my membership and had my vehicle towed within an hour.

Staff was very helpful, I was able to rent a Hertz vehicle on site and continue my day.
