The best thing about this shopping area is the Row Bar. Open air...that means one can enjoy a cigar there...one of the few places in Waikiki/Honolulu. Great service and fair prices. Plenty of room in the parking structure.
Well what can I say but this place has changed a lot over the years. It once was a business center by day and restaurant and club scene at night, the days of Oceans, Blue Zebra and World Cafe are gone. Now it's usually filled with College students hustling around due to HPU buying up so much office space. There are small eateries , like Korean, plate lunch and cafes.. plus a beauty salon.
Came here for Insight Imaging appointment. And arrived around 12n parking lot was almost full. Lots of businesses were open. Its been a very long time since i visited the waterfront. Not as desserted looking as before, they have added some new tenants. Our parking was validated. Which was nice we were out in 40 minutes.
It would have been very good if it had the number address in front of the entrance. GPS was directing me on the opposite side of the block, tracking was off. If your looking for Ohana Media Group OMG entrance is on South St. Directory in lobby does not show OMG, you'll have to go straight up to the 5th floor. You'll see a sign on glass door at the lobby entrance Hawaii Dental something something suite 300, take the elevator up to OMG.
I've only gone by this place on the bus but I always love these two towering buildings overlooking the harbor as the ships come in so like the on top of the the aloha Tower this is the second thing they see Monday at the harbor so gorgeous thing
We dined at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. The food was fabulous, the waiter was even better than fabulous his service was impeccably awesome! Thank you for making our mother's Memorial a great time.
No more Restaurant Row, but still so.e cool places. Be sure to visit Nocturna Lounge. Awesome place!
Waterfront Plaza is a great place to first of all, eat, walk and of course have a few drinks.
Years a go while living in Honolulu. Waterfront Plaza or as it was called back in the day Restaurant Row was the place to be. I can remember when Studebaker's, Salsa Rita's, Happy Joe's we're still there. I also remember when they built The Wallace Theater there as well. Looking at the photos of Waterfront Plaza are bringing back very fond memories. Especially the old Row Bar and Ruth Chris Steakhouse. Mahalo my Brothers and Sisters!!!
It was very quiet, because most of the stores were closed. It was on a Sunday. Good to Walk around with no crowds
