Once Upon A Child Rapid City

I came in twice today due to systems being down. All the employees were so kind and the manager was even willing to go through some items in my buy that I was confused about. While shopping it was pretty organized and clean for how busy it was and i have always loved your prices. The new store is so nice there is so much more in my daughters size. While in line an employee came by and helped every single person with their hangers. Upon entering and leaving I was kindly greeted. I feel like today was probably my best visit at this store despite it being busy.

I love the new location. Staff was very helpful in making sure I could find what I needed with the new set up! I liked the old store but love the new one! Great job!

The new location is so nice! The store seems twice as big! The staff is helpful and always friendly. I have 7 grandkids and am able to find gently used toys and clothes for them.

I love this store! They have a great selection of gently used items. It's nice to be able to buy used clothes and other items for our kids, especially when they grow so fast!

I usually stop at Once Upon A Child Stores when I go out of town and I find that some are tiny and barely stocked but this one was packed with variety! However in my son's size it was a little hard to sort through because pant sizes that are about 6t and also youth size small (6-7) were put together because they both say 6 but the youth size small is double the length of a 6t. I sat on the floor with a pile and held them up to each other to get rid of the ones that were extremely long. But like any store like that you just have to check before you grab things off the shelf.
