Absolutely rude customer service. I have been shopping daily at consignment shops and thrift stores in spearfish, deadwood, belle fouche and rapid city for years and this place by far has the most unfriendly customer service. I was almost turned down from purchasing because they were complaining to me about not wanting to take a few dollars in change. Two employees went back and forth about whether they should or not they were so rude to me. No thank you no have a nice day nothing but tapping on the counter because i wasnt moving fast enough for them. I will never consign my merchandise here because of their bad behavior as a buisness!!!!!!!

This place used to be clean and organized..clothes all over the floor the clothes that are on racks are so crammed together you can't look at them.Not impressed..I used to bring my clothes in there but I would have to think twice about it now..to bad it used to be a great place to shop a few years ago.
