Worst managed property i have been to. Management actively avoids residents and guests and disrespects their employees. Wish the old management was still here, the old management knew what they were doing.

Use to be a great place....the new manage brought in last year has totally ruined the experience by never answering phone calls and chasing off all the good employees. Not a good place to live, visit or work anymore. I suggest avoiding at all cost

One of the best full service condo buildings in Boston differentiated by its amazing location, fabulous security and staff, smaller size relative to other new, impersonal highrise condo buildings in Boston, and its tenants, with a majority who actually reside at and care about the property.

Great upper end accommodation! Slight glitches at the entrance desk in checking in.
