One Franklin Town

I had a great experience with the leasing agent: Parris Moore. She went all the way to help us and was very nice and helpful. The only reason why I ended up not renting here that I thought it is a little over pricey especially with the view of the unit a little blocked.

So far they have provided great services and the team is great

Not a very friendly or inviting property but more importantly at the time of writing this message, it is now 48 calendar days since I moved out and I have yet to receive my security deposit. There is no urgency on their part either. Any good lawyers out there to help

The endless construction noises from renovation of other apartments makes living here unbearable. Management has no respect for their tenants in this regard.

Very nice place which is in front of community college of Philadelphia which helps alot if you need a place near the school.
