Very pleasant experience with leasing. Tyrone has been extremely helpful and kind. He helped with the application process every step of the way. :
I used to live here when the old management team ran it, and absolutely loved it! Location is fantastic, apartments are very spacious the sound is definitely an issue, but I didn't think it was unbearable, the staff was great--Sherwood the maintenance guy was the most pleasant and helpful person I've ever dealt with anywhere. Unfortunately, new ownership took over with a few weeks left on my agreement. They were confused about when I moved out, I still haven't received any of my security deposit back I stopped in multiple times, called many times, e-mailed--in their defense they did attempt to call me back 1 time, that was it. I gave them the benefit of a doubt during the changed, but it's been over a year now--they can have the deposit for all I care--but all the nice people and friends I made while living there have now also moved out over the last few months citing different horror stories about rude and unresponsive staff, general confusion from management, and unfair terms. It's a bummer, because work brought me back to the area and I'd have loved to move right back in, but until there are major changes, I'd advise everyone to stay away, sadly.
Worst management company ever - they will not fix any maintenance request and you can hear everything in your neighbors. Please do not move here.
It's been over 4 months since moving in and despite my multiple attempts submitting maintenance requests to fix the things that were broken when I first moved in closet doors, unstable windows, old broken blinds, and etc. and still no answer. Let alone the moving in experience where I scheduled my freight elevator for move-in and ended up someone taking my spot within the hour that I had, and maintenance gluing the entire floor with new carpets when I just started to move my things over. My patience is wearing thin from all the random fire alarms, thin walls, unresponsive maintenance, wrong office phone numbers, unresponsive management and especially my recent experience with water flooding from kitchen & bathroom ceiling. It's been four days since the flooding where some contractors came in not apt maintenance wiring up pipes with the loudest machines without giving me any choice in my unit telling me to keep it on for days until further notice. Now despite them coming back to pick up the machines after two days, they left the loud fan on ceiling in the bathroom attic still running because they're not responsible and that my apartment maintenance are responsible. Day later, they came, took a look at the ceiling said it was dried and would come the following day to patch up the ceilings, and of course, no response. Tried emailing through the "resident portal", calling, walking down to concierge to get in touch with apartment management and no response. Like I get the COVID-19 has affected us all and I've been trying to understand the inconveniences as much as I can but this is just taking things too far. It was my mistake to think that over the past few years since the terrible reviews that were left by previous residents, the apartment would have improved with the renovation and what not but literally nothing has changed from what the previous reviews were that are over 5 years old. I'd really hate to say terrible things about places but must share that living here has been the worst experience and plan not stay after my lease ends. Lastly, if you really want to move in, make sure that when you talk to your agents, you get everything they say in writing. Otherwise, you'll get something different. Oh and one more thing, try calling the phone number you find on the web if you're still interested in moving in, you'll know what I mean.
I’ve been living in Logan Lofts now for exactly a year and have seen this place turn around tremendously. The management IS RESPONSIVE! I’ve submitted a few maintenance requests and the turn around time is handled quickly with great communication. The new management has upgraded the entire facility adding very appealing cosmetic upgrades mailboxes, common areas, stylish decor, etc., a gym, technology access and sheik touches. The apartments are spacious, modern, and very appealing. The community is very welcoming and respectful of each other. I love the fact that is pet friendly and the staff is amazing. I made the right decision in moving into Logan Lofts. Selam and Rose are super accommodating and deserved to be recognized for revamping Logan Lofts!
Stay here with my family and enjoyed every minute of it. Very clean and very nice people.
Great place… Honestly one of the friendliest buildings to live in Center City! Management is attentive and tries hard to build morale throughout the property. Was spotless throughout covid! Would highly recommend!!!
Thin walls is a negative. Other than that a lot of space and the office people are friendly. Thank you Otto!
I agree with the above review about soundproofing being an issue. Living on the first floor you hear people walking above you with creaky floors constantly! Their lease agreement is pretty unfair to the tenant as well. If there is a fire and you have to be displaced for some time, you still pay rent. Tenant is not responsible for any inconvenience they may cause while doing repairs to your loft if needed. Short term lease renewals are 30% of your current rent as a one time fee, plus whatever the normal rent would be. They dont prorate your final month. I stayed one extra month because of my school schedule, had to pay 500 dollars for a short term renewal fee, on top of the FULL rent increase w lease renewal. Ending up paying 2,000 dollars for a 15 day stay because they dont prorate your last month. They will prorate your first month at the beginning, but expect to pay an increased rate because its not a full month. Nice enough place, I guess? But walls way to thin and the owners will string you out for every penny possible.
Staff is extremely friendly and the place is well maintained.
