Food I give a 4. Establishment I give it a 2. First time here. Food was good. Kahlua pork was overly salty. We had the #44 & #45 combos. It was 101° outside and felt 90° inside. Too hot to enjoy your food. Also, PLEASE have your Zoom meetings in your back office. Listening to a manager on her Zoom call on her laptop and on her phone talking pretty loudly was unprofessional.
The food here was very delicious. One of the best top spots in Chino. I was able to take extra grub home that’s when you know it’s too good to throw away! IMO better than Young Hawaiian BBQ in the spectrum towne center.
Awesome Hawaiian food! We had tried L & L Hawaiian food, my personal opinion is Ono is better. We had ordered the mixed grill with beef, chicken & Kalbi ribs with rice & Mac salad. Kalbi ribs rice plate & Kalua pork with cabbage. The grilled meat are nicely seasoned & bbq. The Kalua pork is awesome, it is moist & not too salty. It had a great smoky flavoured! All the rice plates comes with steamed cabbage very nicely done. We enjoyed the food very much.
Don't go in around 8pm. Since they close at 9pm, they will push out all of their orders while counting down their till and cleaning the restaurant while ignoring you as you stand in line for 10 minutes. Apparently closing early is more important than taking customer orders.
I just got home with my order, I ordered Island White Fish and when I opened my plate the fish was missing. Check your plates before you leave, the person hung up on me when I called, is there no supervision? or quality control? I wish there was somewhere I can put no stars.
Ordered an entire family meal that costs upwards of $60 got 2 teriyaki sauce cups and one Katsu chicken sauce cup. thanks for all the forks though enough for 7 people but again only 3 sauces.
I was in the mood for a little cabbage, rice, with baked or grilled chicken and it was exactly when I was in the mood for. It's not the best tasting place in the world but it will do the trick when hungry.
Food was great. Restaurant is a bit awkward. The menu is behind a group of fake plastic, dirty plants that makes it hard to see the menu. Would visit again.
Jessica is the rudest most laziest employee here. I come here once a week for lunch and it never fails that she’s so rude. Does this location even have a manager?
The kid closing tonight was the rudest. Yes I got there 10 minutes before closing..yes there's other customers in there. We even left after a few minutes of eating our food considering they were closed. Asked for an extra sauce his response was "we out it away already". Dude just go in the walk in and get it it already portioned. He said nope and walked away. Went back to my bags. Told my girlfriend they told her no...she went back and nice young girl went out of her way to get it. Its was literally in reach. Its a sauce I didn't order anything extra that dude need to rethink his position. Not the first encounter with him either. Please don't sit on the counter where the food goes don't know where the rear has been.
