Kaylee Ray was amazing!!! She sent up my account as well as my 4 children. She was very kind polite efficient and understanding of my rushed behavior as I was on my lunch break. What a great way to start my new relationship with OnPoint, very pleased with my decision.
The hours are ridiculous. Close at 1pm on sat, not open sunday and they randomly close on certain Fridays.
Always very helpful with no issues. I appreciate the effort they put in to getting what I need.
