Be fully prepared to wait over 25 minutes, even for people to be helped that came in after you because "They're priority, you'll understand" They are so incredibly rude here. I now will drive out of my way just to go to any other location, I'd suggest doing the same

ATM would not accept cash deposit after I waited for 5 minutes of so for the drive through teller to appear occurred around 2pm on a Thursday.

Usually pretty good customer service, once they talk to you. But be prepared to stand in line waiting while tellers avoid eye contact and work on other tasks.

Horribly rude customer service. They'll make fun of you while you're still in ear shot too

I've been banking at this Bank for about 16 years all they do is turn over their employees so nobody ever knows you you have to pull out your ID and show every time you go there it drives me crazy can't you just keep the same people for 5 or 10 years
