Very helpful service that benefits a charity. A few times (rarely) pick ups have been missed but overall I am grateful there is a pick up service. I've been donating for years.

The office staff contacts were very helpful, and my pickup was the day they promised, coming at end of day at 4:30pm.  The pickup driver took everything, even complimenting my father's artwork I was donating.  In view of the negative reviews I read I felt I had to post my positive one.  Thanks OFCP.
