Very easy to work with. Either fix your current phone, replace it with new phone same model, or replace it with a new phone different model. In my case, I received a new phone and it was an upgraded model. The only downside is they don't have a big inventory of phones if you want it the same day but they can have it shipped to the store if you don't mind waiting a few days. The best thing was I didn't have to pay a dime! Very cool.

Small selection. Doesn't even carry a basic car charger. Waste of time. Just go to best buy or an actual phone store
