Received excellent customer service by an employee named Andrea. Very helpful, honest and 100% knowledgeable of her expertise. She prides on customer service which has led me to write this review and I recommend anyone to this location as the atmosphere was very friendly and pleasant. Give Andrea a manager role! T-mobile you won’t be disappointed! I have read reviews and she’s been acknowledged before.

Go to Elizabeth you can get down on her level and she will help you get a phone and if you're cheap like me she'll help you get a free phone.... Elizabeth quick friendly kind patient and trust me when dealing with me you need patience in my opinion Elizabeth is the bee's knee

Went into this location with an issue another store had caused on my account. Cristina was the employee who helped me. She had my issue resolved very quickly && also got me some new phones for my family!! She’s the best representative I’ve ever dealt with && is a huge asset to your company. Waiting for the phone like 5hrs coz don't know how to program it. And the phone that im gonna get is lowbat need to wait to charge like 80 percent before to transfer all the files..and the guy is on break need to wait for him also...poir service
