Oops Unisex Hair Salon

I have been going to oops Unisex Hair Salon for over 15 yrs.i enjoy going because Debbie do my Hair very nice. And most important Debbie work around my schedule. The price's are good.

The stylists were great but the lack of customer service is horrible. When calling the BUSINESS number they don't announce their name when answering and catch an attitude if you ask if out is the right place. Refused to give out pricing information over the phone because she "don't feel like it". The interior of the shop looks as though it's still being renovated and they don't offer all of the services that they advertise.

The owner /stylist Debbie is fabulous! She is very professional and an excellent beautician. Been going to her for over 5 years. No complaints. Would definitely recommend.

The shop is very clean and the ppl are very friendly. The services is quick.. my first experience was very nice and very pleased with my hair style, The prices are reasonable,, i differently will b a regular client..

I have been going to Oops since 1999. I have Debbie and Carmella are great does excellent hair.

Ms. Debbie is a great stylist, and gives good advice on hair care!

The receptionist was very rude and disrespectful to a potential customer. I will not recommend any one going there. Customer service skills horrible !
