Open Crumb

I really wanted to love this supposed 'hidden gem' but was so disappointed! We ordered fried chicken sandwiches and mac & cheese. The fried chicken was overly breaded and lacked flavor; sandwich was overpowered by mustard. The mac & cheese was good but not great, more seasoning would have been beneficial.

Open Crumb is great! After reading reviews for months, we stopped by for lunch. We were so excited. The fried chicken was fried fresh, and we also picked up some hot sauce. It stayed crispy through a 20 min drive back home to NE, and everything tasted amazing. Can’t wait to come back.

Tasty, interesting, quality food! Friendly staff. Love the fish po boys great fish, bread, condiments. Love the crab cake sandwich, fried chicken sandwich too! The spinach stew and jollof rice are fantastic - aromatic and flavourful! We are sure to be regulars!

Great meal! We had the crab cake sandwiches and three sides. Everything was perfect and excellent value. Love that the owner is local and knows the community. Will be back again and again!
