Staff are great, I was welcome with open arms, very kind and humble place. They really care about the community and the thousand of homeless people coming through their open doors.

If your homeless and you don't have an address or PO box then you can sign up with them and have your mail sent there to their PO box so that's a really great idea. They also do have social workers there who can help put you in touch with the correct agency within the city that you may be able to benefit from. However it's really difficult to get in to see somebody who has the time to direct you appropriately and that is a huge negative.

They've helped me with receiving my mail there in a P.O. Box. Plus many other services.  Great place to get resources.
