Open Tandoor’s Indian menu is inspired by Chef Kinder Gill’s native Punjab and her family’s traditional recipes that use freshly ground whole spice blends and an open tandoor (clay) oven for cooking naan and kebabs made to order. Open Tandoor will offer healthy Indian dishes with a modern twist with no soy, corn, food color or MSG. Highlights include Garbanzo Bean Curry, Red Lentil Curry, Saag (mixture of spinach and broccoli), Ground Lamb Curry, Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Curry, Butter Chicken, Channa Masala, Naan Bites with housemade dipping sauce, Naan Wraps and mango and pistachio ice cream. The fast, casual restaurant will offer counter service and beverages, including five craft cocktails, beer (both Indian and local), wine and non-alcoholic drinks such as Mango Lassi, smoothies, sodas and a signature Indian spiced tea.
