Optique of Denver

I had an excellent experience at Optique Denver, and I would highly recommend! The front staff were welcoming and I had practically zero wait time. Dr. Kasper was friendly, thorough his her exam, and she was very helpful in explaining her impressions in a manner that was easy for me to understand! Fabian was fantastic in helping me choose my first pair of glasses! He was very patient and I really appreciated his aesthetic opinion. Thank you!!

I thought the staff was very nice. I appreciated that they had an alternative to dilation and told me the cost upfront so I could decide ahead of time. I didn’t appreciate that they charged $50 for a contact lens fitting without consulting me first, given the choice I would have opted out. Also, I was told there was a rebate that is expiring soon and that I’d get a call to order some contacts yet never received one and when I tried to call there was no answer or answering machine to leave a message.

Opticians are very nice, great environment. However the admin experience can be improved - I had two pair of glasses made here, first pair they called me to come pick up my glasses and when I arrived they told me it was a mistake, and this happened twice! For my second pair of glasses, they put the wrong lens in completely without noticing. Really took me multiple trips for my glasses due to their admin mistakes and sometimes the wait can be quiet long. Could be improved.

My boyfriend and I recently visited the store and were absolutely blown away. The beauty of the frames was only outmatched by the amazing service of Fabian. He was warm, friendly, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable about the product and what was the right fit for not only my facial structure but also my unique tastes. We just went to look around but his service and knowledge made us stay for much longer than we anticipated. We will DEFINITELY come back if I don’t get lasik 11/10 review!

Hands down the best care and customer service! Came to Optique after having developed an allergy to contacts I’d been using for years. They were helpful and patient while I trialed a few different kinds and found the perfect ones! Knowledgeable. Kind. Killer selection on eyewear too! They also exposed me to Upneeq which has been a game changer. Heather is exceptional at what she does, and basically every recommendation she gives me is worth its weight in gold. Recently moved to Denver and was in search of a new optometrist as a lifelong glasses wearer. I visited for the first time today and was so impressed with their space, the staff and the wide variety of frames. It was a seamless experience throughout my hour spent at their location with an eye exam and selection of new frames. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and had such great energy. They even gift you a succulent before you walk out of the door! Overall I am very impressed and will be coming back for my next pair of lenses when the time is right.

I've been a patient/customer here for a year now and I love it! The space is beautiful and all the staff are wonderful. They also have a great selection of stylish on-trend frames. Fabian, specifically, was extremely attentive and helpful in picking styles for me and even went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with the lens manufacturer when it happened. He was communicative, personable, and professional and I loved working with him. Highly recommend this place for the eyewear obsessed.

I literally ran home to write a review of this place. The service was amazing, the appointment was so quick, and everyone was so much fun to be around. I am usually really plain when it comes to picking my glasses but they made that process like a shopping spree and I found some that I absolutely loved. If you need an eye doctor, RUN do not walk here! They are the best AND I got to take home a succulent! :

This is my favorite eyeglass shop of all time -- not only do they carry the most amazing and stylish frames it's all about Theo for me -- don't want to wear anything else, but the customer service is amazing! Everyone I've interacted with, and especially Heather and Fabian, not only make buying glasses fun and enjoyable, but go above in beyond in making sure I can get the frames I want and will enjoy most!

I’ve been going to Dr. Schaefer for about 5 years now and I always have exceptional service. All of the Optique of Denver crew are so helpful and encouraging when you’re trying out new frames. The new downtown location is gorgeous. I wish I had an excuse to go in more than once a year!
