I had an appointment set at 9:15AM on a Wednesday. I received many texts from them confirming that I had the appointment. I showed up 20 minutes early to my appointment and nobody was to be seen in the building. Nobody would answer my phone calls or emails and I was forced to leave after being ignored for 30 minutes. The most unprofessional and frustrating experience I have ever had with an eye doctor. My business has been permanently lost.

Dr Torrey and Linda are amazing! I started going to Dr Torrey in 2016 when we lived downtown. We moved to Evergreen and I still make the drive downtown to Dr. Torrey’s office.
