Prices of frames in this store are determined arbitrarily/on a whim, things are not labeled with the price. Frames are my biggest gripe, considering how expensive they normally are. I’m not sure how this is even legal not to mention having to constantly ask a store employee how much things cost, which is even more troubling. How much an item costs was just determined arbitrarily/on a whim. Then, after looking up the price of the frame on the manufacture’s website, it was suddenly a different price, either at or slightly below the price you would get just buying it online. This practice is a bit disturbing, and I have never seen it before at a glasses store, unprofessional in my opinion. TLDR: Check the prices of things you are buying, chances are pretty good, you’re getting ripped off here, especially if you look like you could afford a higher price without issue.

This place is great. Just got my second eye exam and pair of glasses. Both pairs of glasses are the best quality, most flattering eyewear I've ever owned. The brands they carry are pricey, but they're well made, unique, and you get what you pay for. The eye exam is also great, not just a cursory vision check as a prelude to picking out frames. A real, comprehensive eye health and vision assessment including talking about eye fatigue, lens options and screen time with the doc. The support staff has all been wonderful too, very professional, courteous and helpful every time I've gone in there or called. Highly recommended!

I just had the most amazing experience! I popped in on a whim to get a pair of important glasses fixed and the kindest, most heroic woman there saved me and fixed my glasses on the spot! I am so grateful for this above and beyond service! It’s a beautiful store and I can’t recommend it enough!

Dr.Camthu Pam is a great doctor. She explains everything very well and in great depth. I learned a lot about issues with my eyes. Screening and imaging devices they use are pretty cool and up to date.

In about ten minutes, Brian was able to give me contacts that allow me to read documents and my phone without readers AND gave me a bifocal Rx that doesn’t make me want to throw my glasses down the stairs that I was afraid of falling down when wearing my previous pair. Miracles of miracles! Or, an amazing eye doctor that I’ve been looking for - pun much intended. Thank you so much!

Love this place! Wide selection of fashionable frames, quick turn around, great customer service! Tyffani & Alannah are amazing! It's the only place we go for glasses. HIGHLY recommend!

Stopped in today to see if they knew of a place I could get a quick repair in my sunglasses. Everyone was super friendly, and they fixed my glasses in 10 minutes completely free of charge! Will definitely be back when I need my next pair!

The most up to date technology that won't leave you disoriantated when you are done with your appointment. Staff is professional and knowledgeable. So happy everytime I go!

I have been a customer for five years. I have found glasses that are stylish truly unique and comfortable. The doctor's are personable and answer your questions. Very little turnover on the office staff who are great for trying on glasses and helping with any questions. My dog recently chewed one lens gone, frames chewed, ear pieces chewed off a brand new pair of Rx sunglasses $$$$. I was going to throw them out in anguish, but decided to take them in to Optix to see if they had any suggestions. Carly, took the glasses and said let me see what I can do. One week later I picked them up and she worked magic, got me new lens and they were wearable and but for one mark, looked new. I did not get charged anything. REMARKABLE!! Thank you Carly and Optix.

Okay...4th pair of specs so my review is valid! Optix is IDEAL! Choosing frames is like browsing at MKE Art Museum gift shop! Young NON eye rolling staff help thumbs up or down with I think real forethoughtful experienced and intuitive care. Doc McG. has been..is ..extremely pro, chill, purposeful lead of my quirky eye care needs here. I have prisms, and progressives in each RX so not EZ and Optix Doc and staff are all in as we pace comfortanbly through each exam, frame choice, and lens variables. Walk in and hah...you ll see!
