As,I walk in store I was greeted by a warm reception. A nice lady in front desk assist me with service. Also, her personality was on point. Definitely recommending visiting at this location. Also, lady name Sharon. Thanks

Myself and my children have been going here since the late 90's and I've never had any problems when going. But getting to know a eye doctor is what's going to be my task because I owe Ms. Patterson a real big thanks. She was a caring and very sweet person when it came to my eye Care. Lord knows I'm going to miss her.

They need to close it down and get new people working there don't know what they're doing I would never come back here again in life even after I die. I'm a stick back with American Best even if I can't use my insurance

Very rude and very bad customer service. They don't greet or acknowledge customers when they walk in. Very unprofessional.

I always have a wonderful and quick experience when I go here. They always call to inform me of appointments and when it's time to pick up my glasses. They treat me with care and the receptionist are always polite, full of cheer, and organized. I go here every time I haven't seen the inside of another Herslof.

Great couple of experiences over the past two months. Even got a problem corrected that another business couldn't figure out - after several tries and several people. So happy!

I purchased glasses from them last month, and they told me that it takes 14 days, but they think it will be ready in a week, but it is not ready yet!!!!!!!!!!

I take my son there. We get seen right away. I love it there. Only thing it's hard to get through on the phone it's always busy.
