Very helpfully and understanding. I went in looking for a frame and good glare free lenses, expecting to pay in the price range of $350. My company provides a discount  program that made the price in the ball park of 300, but the gentleman at the desk suggest an alternative that helped me get the frame and lenses I wanted for less than $200. I am very happy with the price, and customer service!! I definitely recommend to all.

I am a first time walk in customer with a young teen. She had a great experience. Quick efficient service. Dr. Rodrigez was very kind, patient , and gentle. Willing to answer questions and not rush her out the door. The staff was very helpful too-Not pushy about buying high priced things. Didn't even order right away.  Had to call back about placing an order later and they were still helpful and even remembered my daughter. Very pleased. Stop in for a great experience. ☺

While the doctor and the staff were very helpful and accommodating while I was there. They waited a week to do anything for my prescriptions. The person who answered the phone when I called to ask then got extremely rude with me because I had the gallery to be annoyed with the delayed order. I am now in the process of finding a new eye doctor and I will not be back. I was told "a few days" as time frame and I'm now waiting over 2 weeks. Ridiculous way to run a practice. If this has only been my experience with them, I take it extremely personal.

Dr. Rodriguez and the entire team are kind, knowledgable, and genuinely care about each one of their patients.  Dr. Rodriguez is top notch.  He is very thorough and takes time to discuss your concerns, explains his findings, and answers any questions you may have.  I completely trust him with my vision care needs.
